In line with other Wikipedia contests, articles must have at least 160 words or 1,000 characters of running text (excluding references, lists, boxes and headings) and should have at least two reliable secondary references.

The prizes will be virtual in the form of recognition of the top three contributors for each of the three months with special recognition for the top contributor over the full three-month period. Following the Women in Asia contest (Oct-Dec 2020) Women in Africa contest (Jan-Mar 2021) and the Women in Europe contest (Apr-Jun 2021) from July to September, we are continuing with Latin America. Authority control should be included at the foot of every biography: :: if born before 1950.įrom July to September 2021, we are holding the fourth of our three-month virtual contests each devoted to women from one of the continents of the world.
